2015 IECC Compliance and Denver Green Roof Initiative

This presentation discusses the intricacies of complying with the 2015 IECC with a focus on HVAC.  All the different compliance paths will be described and shown how they affect mechanical design. Best practices and common comments from the City of Denver will also be addressed. It will dive in to the requirements of the Denver Green Roof Initiative and its proposed amendments.  This includes describing the difficulties of meeting the energy efficiency options for different HVAC systems and building occupancies.
